The bed and cylinder mounting surface are machined parallel for perfect die alignment. Each frame is engineered for its rated power with ample reserve strength. Frame deflection is minimized for long die life. Deep ribbing under the bottom table froms a stable mounting surface for tools.

Our press cylinders have a large reserve capacity, the rams are of large diameter and of alloy steel, harden, ground and hard chrome plated to resist scoring or pitting. This helps to minimize leakage and increases the life of multilip seals.

Fastened to the ram and guide posts ensures parallel matting to the die and tools under operation, Ram travel is precisely square. to the table. Large sized accept big die sets. T-slots of suitable size provide secure mounting option.

Fastened to the flat bed, it's easily removable. T-slotes of ample size secure die perfectly. Thread hold and or cut outs are available.

Accomodates large dies, generous long stroke lengths are easily adjustable. Special daylight and strokes (large or smaller) are available.

Dual pump system provides a verstile match. the high quality, low pressure hydraulic system is designed for extra long life. Presses with speeds or extra high speeds are available for specific applications. Only standard manifold ensure compact design, less space, neat look, leak free operation and easily accebility for the components.

Designed for fast response and easy adjustment. All the presses have two push buttom control for operator's safety with option on the control panel for inch operation for die seting and trials.
